Week 7, Thursday 30th August
Today I lost both of my running buddies as Sam was working late. Luckily it was just a 3 mile run so I decided to join Charlotte, Mandy and the two Annes as they also were doing just 3 miles.
Not much to say about the run. We ran along the canal towards Birches Head for about a mile and then ran back again. I ran up Cromer road and that made it up to the required 3 miles.
