Week 4, Day 5 Friday 10th August
No running today but I did my regular 4K walk with Gizmo. I kept the pace as brisk as I could but because we walked on the road we had to keep stopping for cars, etc. The walk was quite flat and average speed was just 5.4 km/h but I did manage to reach maximum speed of 12.5 km/h. Nothing more exciting to say about today really.
