Day 12

Week 2 - Day 5  Friday 27th July

I knew today was going to be a busy day but I still did a 2 mile walk.  It was partly on tarmac and partly on dirt tracks and grass.

I didn't get the chance to my full set of strengthening and balancing exercises but I did do some of the ones that I need most.
